Wooden ‘Timber’ French Doors.

These doors also come with two top light windows which would sit above the doors if being used. 
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order new direct (when fully complete in frame).
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Some silicone residue which could be cleaned off but area would need repainting.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Missing parts:
There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

There is no key for the main lock, so you would need to change the barrel.

Colour

The colour externally is Gloss Brown and internally Varnished, but could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood grain showing

Has Solid brass hinges with Gold handles.

Top Light / Window

Each top window is:

Height: 46.5cm

Width: 55.5cm

Just the french door height is 198cm

Operating / Style

Externally opening doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Right.
Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Security

Has a ‘Union’ lock making it very secure.
Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security with bolt key.

Glazing

Glazing is 14mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security.
It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
