Wooden ‘Hardwood’ back door.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order new direct (when fully complete in frame).
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is some damage to the item which may need to be repaired.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
There is a crack to the door by the lock.
Door and sidelights has some rot.
Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Three of the panes have blown and have slight condensation inside – contact us if you require replacement glass.

Missing parts:
There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Colour

The colour externally is White, but could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood grain showing

Has Gold handles.

Sidelight / Window

Each sidelight is 69cm in width.

Operating / Style

Previously installed to open outwards to the right when being opened from the outside.

Security

Has a central lock making but the lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.

Glazing

Glazing is undefined thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.
Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security.
It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.

3 Panes have condensation. We can order new panes, costing £30 per pane.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
