Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Brand new, never installed.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Does not have a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has Brushed Stainless Steel handles.

Operating / Style

Both windows slide up and down and the bottom sash tilts inwards – please see photo’s for opening styles.
Operates via springs.

Security

Dual point turning latch locks making it very secure.
There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black Warm Edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
