High quality Aluminium Bi-folding doors (bespoke made by Everest) and would cost around £4,000 if you were to bespoke order new today. Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. Just the odd light mark in places but exactly noticeable.

Defects:
There are a few light scratches to the frame.

Two pieces of trim are damaged/ bent which cover the screws when the doors are open (so only cosmetic), these can be ordered direct from Everest- please see last photo/s.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White, with a matching coloured frame either side.

Comes with Chrome handles and Black hinges

Operating / Style

Main traffic door is on the right and opens separately when viewing from the outside. When fully open all doors slide and stack to the left.

Security

Has a 3 point ‘Sapa’ locking system making it very secure. Comes with one key ‘ERA’

There is no key for the d-handle. This can still be locked from the inside, just not child locked.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality bi-folding door’s at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
