High quality uPVC / PVCu casement window, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Duraflex’.
Would cost around £550 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Brand new, never installed.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Does not have a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Security

3 point locking system making it very secure.
There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order this new direct would cost considerably more.
