We have two identical these High quality uPVC / PVCu casement windows, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Duraflex’.

We also have another two windows on our shop which are the same style and similar size but open the opposite side.

The price is for one window.
Would cost around £650 each if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Brand new, never installed.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Does not have a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured handle.

Security

High quality 8 point ‘Maco’ locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
