As new, was part installed and removed the same day.

Missing Parts/Defects

Trojan Hinge Covers missing x2, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Three screws in the external bottom part of the door where a rain sill is missing but again can be purchased.

The internal top part of the door has chips out of it which could be smoothed out.

Security

3 point GU locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 2 Ultion keys.

Opening

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

Glazing is thick double glazed, frosted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

The colour externally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is silver and the colour of the hinges is white.
