High quality uPVC / PVCu casement window, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Deceuninck’.
Would cost around £750 if you were to order new direct.

Condition

Brand new, never installed.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Does not have a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere.
Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Gloss White (Upvc) woodgrain effect, with a matching frame either side.

Has Brushed Stainless Steel hinges with Silver handles.

Operating / Style

Internally opening windows which open in opposite directions.

Both windows tilt and turn – see photos.

Security

Each window has a multi point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
Both windows come with one ‘Versa’ key.

Missing Parts / Defects

Sill End Caps missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Glazing

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £50 total inc vat, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

Glass will pass building regulations
