Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Removed by professional installers.

Condition

The window was part installed and then removed the same day, still sealed both sides in protective film from the factory.

Not a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere.

There is a little mastic on one side but this is hardly noticeable and will be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

Externally Anthracite Grey RAL7016 & internally in White, with a Anthracite Grey frame externally & a White frame internally.

Comes with White handles and Brushed Stainless Steel hinges

Operating / Style

Externally opening window with the top 2 windows opening and middle pane- see photos. The bottom two corners are fixed and only open so you are able to screw the frame in place.

Security

Each opener has a 4/5 locking system (including the corners) making them very secure.

The window comes with 2 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
