High quality aluminium bi-folding doors by ‘Debar’. These would cost around £4500 if you were to order new today. Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Two beading strips are currently missing but these will be replaced and sent with the order on delivery.

Defects:
Light paint chip on the interior bottom corner of the frame and track/ one externally top corner – see last photo/s.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White (Matt), with a matching coloured frame either side.

Comes with Silver handles and White hinges.

Operating / Style

Main traffic door is on the left when viewing from the outside and opens separately. When fully open all doors slide and stack externally to the right.

Security

Has a 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure. Comes with a high quality anti snap barrel with key ‘ERA’

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. Has a slight tint to the glass.

Ideal if your after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
