CREAM / WHITE COMPOSITE FRONT DOOR-EXTERIOR-EXTERNAL-NEW-NO GLASS-NEW-BOWATER

2019 High quality door manufactured by ‘Bowater’ and cost over over £1,000 direct. This was a miss-measure made for a customer but slightly to the wrong size, so is now no longer required.

Its never been used or fitted and is still sealed in protective film both sides. Sill may have a slight mark from storage – see last photo. It was only unwrapped for the photos on ebay, but we have wrapped it back up again.

Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed, has brand new barrel with 3 ‘Era’ Keys. Door would need handles but you can buy these of ebay for around £10. It does come with a anthracite grey seal to.

Solid composite door, cream externally with a cream fame and white internally with a white frame. Frame is Upvc.

Door has a 3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure. Opens inwards to the left when being opened from the outside. Comes with 3 ‘Era’ Keys

Will pass all building regulations so is perfect for any new build/ extension.

Ideal if your after a high quality door at a fraction of the current retail price, as to order this new direct would cost considerably more.
