COMPOSITE RED GEORGIAN BARS FRONT DOOR-EXTERIOR-EXTERNAL-DOUBLE GLAZED-ROSEWOOD

High quality composite front door and cost over £1,000 originally.

Excellent condition both sides with no damage, dents or defects anywhere. Odd light mark in places but nothing exactly noticeable. Could easily be re-painted if you wanted it looking perfect again. There is mastic around the frame but this would easily clean off/ be hidden with trim when installed.

Solid composite door, red externally and white internally, with Rosewood external frame and Upvc white frame. Gold matching furniture: letter box, handles & sill. Handles have some scratches on them and are a little loose, but they are only £10 for a new set on ebay delivered.

Door has a 5 point locking system making it very secure and has had a new barrel fitted so comes complete with 3 keys.

Opens inwards to the right when being opened from the outside and is internally beaded for extra security.

Glass is thick 24mm toughened double glazed, filled with Argon Gas for extra security. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane. Glass is distorted on the inside for privacy, so cant clearly be seen through.

Will pass all building regulations so is perfect for any new build.

Ideal if your after a high quality door at a fraction of the current retail price, as to order this new direct would cost considerably more.
