Composite Front door (panel only) and would cost around £1000 (when fully complete in frame) if you were to order new today. Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Brand New ex display, excellent/ very clean condition both sides Just the odd light mark in places but exactly noticeable. All defects are only cosmetic and the item is still in fully working order.

Defects:
Number 24 on the front of the door, however this can easily be removed. – see last photo/s.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is Mahogany/Rosewood Brown wood-grain effect.

Operating / Style

Previously fitted to open inwards to the right when being opened from the outside.

Missing Parts

There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Letterbox, Handles, Hinges, Locking Plate and Barrel missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if your after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
