Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Brown Golden oak, with a upvc White frame externally and White internally.

Has Brown hinges with Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a high quality 3 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 ‘ERA’ keys.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Two marks on the front, some drill holes from an alarm that was previously fitted – see last photo/s.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with a Black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing. This cannot be removed, so if you required clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
