Composite front door with sidelight.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Has a high security Yale keypad door lock RRP £200

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
There are a few marks on the frame of the side light and also the frame of the door but not actually the door itself.

Sill end caps missing.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching upvc frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Sidelight / Window

Just the sidelight/ window is: 43.3cm in width and can be removed if required.
Just the frame width is 95cm.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Security

3 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with a high security keypad Yale Connect door handle and therefore no keys. This can be reprogrammed.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick undefined, Distorted, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

Has leaded design on the external glazing. If you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
