Composite Front door, which would cost around £1000 if you were to bespoke order new today. Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides Just the odd light mark in places but exactly noticeable.

Defects:
There is a small chip to the door, external side. There are small scratches to the interior side of the door. – see last photo/s.

Colour

Externally Mahogany Brown & internally in White, with a White frame.

Comes with Gold handles and Gold hinges.

Operating / Style

Opens inwards to the right when being opened from the outside

Security

Has a 3 point ‘ASSA’ locking system making it very secure. Comes with 2 ‘Timpson’ keys.

Missing Parts

Locking Plate missing, however this can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order this new direct would cost considerably more.
