Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Beading surrounding the two panes of glazing are slightly discoloured on both sides of the door, but this could easily be painted.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching upvc frame either side.

Has White hinges with Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

7 point ‘Milenco’ locking system making it very secure.
Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Has 3D/ Bevel diamond effect on the exterior side of the glazing.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality composite front door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
