Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

There is a slight chip to the external door about 10cm above the handle and a scuff to the external frame – see the last photo.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching upvc frame either side.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Security

5 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Has a new barrel and comes complete with 2 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is undefined thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with undefined, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
