Composite front door.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
There are screw holes in the exterior side of frame

There are light marks in places

There is blistering on the gold hardware

Lacquer is coming off of external side but this can easily be repainted

The middle gearbox of locking strip is broken and will need replacing, it will also require a new barrel as at the moment it comes with no keys

Colour

The colour externally is Woodgrain Light Oak Golden Brown and internally White, with a matching upvc frame either side.

Has Gold hinges with Gold handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

4 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure, however as above this is currently not working.

Glazing

Glazing is thick Triple Glazed, distorted, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.
Decorative distorted leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
