High Quality Composite front door.
Would cost around £1,350 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Comes complete with bottom sill, +3cm to the height advertised if adding this.

Condition

As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Does not have a single mark scratch or defect anywhere.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Comes fully complete (with new chrome handles, just not shown in the photos).

Colour

The colour externally is Anthracite Grey RAL7016 woodgrain and internally White woodgrain, with a upvc White frame both sides.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

3 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is Triple Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Decorative glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
