Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides

Defects:
There is a chip in the frame, however, this should be covered once installed. – see last photo/s.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White, with a matching coloured frame either side.

Comes with Gold handles and White hinges

Operating / Style

Opens inwards to the left when being opened from the outside

Has a multipoint locking system, which includes a top and bottom bolt making it very secure. Main lock is manufactured by ‘Yale’. There are no key’s for this door, however this can be rectified at a low expense.

The door has a low threshold, meaning the door can be installed flush to the floor.

MISSING PARTS

Bottom bolt cover’s are missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Silver spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. Has a Georgian bars design on the glass.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
