Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Looks as new and is in excellent condition both sides.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Security

Multipoint point locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.

These doors are missing the key so the half barrel would need to be changed but can be locked via the internal handle.

Opening

Externally opening & stacking doors.

There is no main traffic door and the doors open in twos.

When fully open, all 2 doors stack to the left.

Door is bottom rolling.

There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.
