BLACK COMPOSITE FRONT DOOR-EXTERIOR-EXTERNAL-DOUBLE GLAZED-1930S STYLE-EDWARDIAN

The door is in excellent condition with the odd / light marks. Few marks worth mentioning would be the letter box has a few marks and there is a slight graze on the corner of the window externally – see last photos, easily touched up with bit of black paint.

High quality front door and cost over over £1,000 if bought from new. This was fitted for a customer for few months but changed its mind whilst renovation was still going on.

Comes fully complete with nothing missing. Has brand new barrel with 3 Keys that just needs to be installed.

Solid composite door, Black externally and white internally with a white frame.

Door has a 5 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure. Opens inwards to the left when being opened from the outside

Glazing is thick clear 24mm toughened double glazed and has no condensation occurring inside the pane. Spacer bar is black.

Will pass all building regulations so is perfect for any new build/ extension.

Ideal if your after a high quality door at a fraction of the current retail price, as to order this new direct would cost considerably more.
