Wooden Timber Casement Top Hung Window.

Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard and would cost around £1,000 if you were to order new direct.

Condition

Brand new and has never been used or fitted.

Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts/Defects

– There is a small chip on top of the ledge.

– Light marks/ dents in places on the window.

-Some marks down the edge but these would be covered with trim when installed.

All of these defects are cosmetic and do not effect the window at all. Could be touched up.

Security

3 point locking system making it very secure.

There are no keys for the window, but it can still be locked shut, just not child locked from the inside. You can purchase a new handle online for just £5 if you required a key.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

Has been professional power coated. Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is Chrome.
