Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts/Defects

There are two screw holes on the top of the door on the inside.
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.

There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Main Yale lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

Multipoint point Chubb locking system making it very secure.

Opening

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Colour

The door is varnish brown, however it can be stripped down and repainted.

The colour of the handles is black and the colour of the hinges is brown.
