Condition

Brand new and has never been used or fitted.

Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts/Defects

-Small chip on top of the frame this is cosmetic and can be easily touched up.

-Small mark on the edge of the frame, but this would be hidden with trim when installed.

-Locking strip is missing on one of the windows (there is one installed on the other window which has a part number on it, so you should be able to find online or from your local parts store).

-Handles are missing but these are easily sourced.

Security

6 point locking system on each window making it very secure.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

Has been professional power coated. Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
