Excellent/ very clean condition both sides with no damage or defects to the actual window. The bottom sill though has split off- see last photo, but you could easily fit another on or not use a sill at all. There is some mastic around the edge, but this would be hidden when installed with new trim.

Will pass all building regulations and meets the highest levels of recognized security standards.

Has been professionally powder coated in ‘white’, giving it the highest quality finish. This prevents rotting and paint flaking. These windows are designed not to twist/ warp after a couple of years like cheaper brands can do.

Each of the 3 open-able top windows have a 4 point locking system, making them very secure. Each window has a chrome handle, windows all lock shut but there is no key, so cant be child locked from the inside, (can buy new handles on ebay for £2.50 each with keys). The 3 large bottom panes do not open and are fixed.

Glazing is thick clear 24mm toughened double glazed, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside of any of the panes. The top 3 panes have the leaded Georgian Bars on the glazing, you could always just replace these glass panes if you wanted. We could order the 3 glass panes in for £85 total inc vat.
