Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Condition
Brand new, never installed.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Not bowed or rotted at all.
Missing Parts/Defects
-Marks & light dents in places on the window.
-4 screw holes on internal bottom part of the window where pull up handles would be so these will need to be purchased.

Security
Locks by a latch in the middle.
Opening
Spring operated.

Glazing
Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
PLEASE NOTE – the lower pane is frosted glass and the top pane is clear.
There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
Has been professional power coated. Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handle is Chrome.
