High quality Aluminium casement window, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Reynaers’.
Would cost around £650.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Defects:
There is a scratch to the frame – exterior side.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Black

Has Brushed Stainless Steel handles.

Security

4 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

Bottom pane is frosted, top pane is clear.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
