Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Operating / Style

The opening door is on the left and slides to the right, when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a 4 point Monarch ‘Monalock’ locking system making it very secure.

Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality sliding door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
