Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Small dent on the Sill

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.
Interior has wooden insert on the handle, outside does not, doesn’t seem out of place, but either an insert could be replaced or the existing wood insert could be removed for continuity. These can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Operating / Style

The opening door is on the left and slides to the right, when viewing from the outside.

Security

4 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 2 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
