High quality Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts/Defects

Slight marks on the hinges.
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.

Vents broken, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key.

Opening

Internally opening & stacking doors.

When viewing from the outside, the doors open in twos from the left.

When fully open, all 2 doors stack to the right.

Door is bottom rolling.

There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

The colour externally is Brown and internally is White, with a Brown frame externally and a White frame internally.

The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Black.
