CONDITION

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides with just the odd light mark in places but nothing exactly noticeable, Little mastic around the frame, but nothing that couldn’t be cleaned off/ hidden with trim when installed,

COLOUR

Externally & internally professionally power coated in (Matt) Anthracite Grey RAL7016 (Matt) , with a Anthracite Grey frame both sides.

Comes with Black handles and Black hinges

OPERATING / STYLE

Inwards opening doors with the main traffic door is on the left when viewing from the outside and opens separately. When fully open all doors slide and stack internally to the right. Sidelight is fixed and does not open can be fitted either side of the doors.

SECURITY

Has a multipoint locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure. Comes with 1 key.

GLAZING

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Silver spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. undefined
