High quality Aluminium Casement window (bespoke made by ALUK). This is a mismeasure that was made slightly to the wrong size so is no longer required. These cost around £500 if ordered direct.

Condition

Brand new has never been used or fitted, Not a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White (Gloss) , with a matching white frame both sides. Comes with White handles and stainless steel hinges

Operating / Style

Window opens outwards when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a 4 point ‘Trojan’ locking system making it very secure. There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Glazing

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £55 total inc vat, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality & pass all building: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
