Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
A few light scratches to a couple of the doors and frame. One of the ‘T Handles’ on the inside is broken, however this has now been replaced with a brand new one.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has White hinges with Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Left; when fully open 1 door stacks to the left and 5 doors stacks to the right.
Doors are bottom rolling.
The combination incorporates a set of French doors, so you don’t have to have them all open at the same time.

Security

3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 2 ‘Eurocell’ keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
