High quality Aluminium Bi-folding doors (bespoke made by ALUK) which would cost around £4000 if you were to bespoke order new today. Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. Item has small defect/s. All defects are only cosmetic and the item is still in fully working order.

Defects:
Bent part of top track, which still allows the runner to run smoothly. Gasket on the bottom section of the frame is frayed in one spot but can easily be replaced for a small expense. – see last photo/s.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White (Gloss), with a matching coloured frame either side. Comes with White handles and White hinges

Operating / Style

Main traffic door is on the right when viewing from the outside and opens separately. When fully open all doors slide and stack externally to the left.

Security

Has a 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure. Comes with one key.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality bifolding doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
